The CASS Europe Master of Business Administration (MBA) Program

Program Structure

The structure of the program comprises:

  • Six (6) core courses in management to be completed during the first semester of the program.
  • Eight (8) specialization areas from which students are required to choose one and complete all the “compulsory elective” modules during the second semester of the program.
  • Submit and orally defend the Master’s thesis in front of a panel of experts comprising faculty members of CASS Europe, faculty members of partner higher education institutions, and practitioners from the world of business and industry.

The program has a total of 445 hours of structured contact in class (i.e. 270 hours in the first semester of studies and 175 hours in the second semester).The estimated self-study workload for the first semester is 510 hours, and for the second semester it is 605 hours.

To successfully complete the program participants must earn a total of sixty (60) ECTS credit points. Each of the two semesters of studies represents thirty (30) ECTS credit points. At CASS Europe one (1) ECTS credit point carries a workload of twenty six (26) hours. This means that the total workload required to successfully complete the program is 1560 hours (i.e.780 hours per semester).
